Your files stay on your device. Every MakerJig tool runs in your browser. Images, text and models you use are processed locally and are never uploaded to our server.

Page counts without cookies

We count page views and tool use with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and sends only the page path (never the query string, never your files).

Google Analytics, only if you accept

We'd also like to use Google Analytics to understand how people use the tools. It uses cookies, so it only loads after you press Accept on the banner. If you press Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

Your choice is saved in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). To change it, use Cookie settings.

Server logs

Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, page requested and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as shops for filament or printers. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
